Overall we had a really really nice stay - recommend. Location was lovely, very close to svaty karel boromejsky, staff was kind even so we didn't see much of them. Helpful communication, early check-in. Very good service, everything was fairly clean. There was also a nice balcony with a sofa and a seating area.

It had brand-new room and professional staff. Provided GOOD service too. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was a tub in the bathroom, it was good, btw. A microwave, an electric kettle and a refrigerator were available, in case you cook.

Brilliant apartment, gorgeous castle views. The staff was very polite with all requests. Fantastic service and simple check in too. The bathroom was large and luxurious.

Overall experience was quite comfortable. I loved staying here because it was reasonably spacious and new apartment. Attentive service and really nice welcome. Could use a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the private bathroom...
